The Microsoft ecosystems sets apart the Teams as a product

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Calling and messaging from the same tool with screen sharing capabilities would be my favourite aspect of the product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its quite laggy when traversing from one chat to another, one has to wait for for sometime and then it happens.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are having MS products, then having Teams may be helpful.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

We use Microsoft teams during training sessions with large groups of people. It is easy to communicate and share files. Microsoft teams provides a way to reach large masses virtually with minimal struggle.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Joining a meeting on Microsoft teams is very manageable. You can easily access a link that is either sent to you via your email or any social platform and click to join the session. I love the clarity of the speaker's voice and its video quality when sharing the screen.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has a very small room for improvement. MS Teams is an almost a perfect platform

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Using Microsoft Teams is smooth and it is just the best way to communicate virtually.

The in-call chat. It saves all the chat including any attachments in a single thread.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As a team collaboration tool I love it. It justifies its name.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For individual meetings, it is still not my goto tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are planning to run a business and need to work in a team, this can be a good solution for you.
