What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

1: If your business already has a licence for Microsoft 365, the Teams functionality is free. 2 :By consolidating all of your collaboration tools—conversations, chats, online meetings, shared files, projects, etc.—into a single app with a single UI, Teams helps users to enhance productivity. 3: It is very Innovative. 4: The best part is, it is very easy to use for everyone and every feature is self explanatory.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Favourite aspect is that it is innovative i.e Includes Chats, Meetings, Share files, Projects and many more feature and yet is very easy to use and doesn't contain any complexity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing i kind of feel a little bit complex is file sharing that too also a little bit, So just wanted it to improve a little bit more and wanted it to be more efficient.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If someone wants everything at a single place like chat, video, file sharing and many more unique feature, go for it without giving any second thought. And if you have MS 365 then it's feature are almost free for you, So it's a win-win for you.
