What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

You can create Groups to work together for project management which is great. They have some workflows but not so many indications about how to use them and it is not so intuitive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is intuitive when it comes to the video conference and messenger side

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not UX Friendly for most features and I feel like I don't know which features I should be using

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To have a look on youtube at different features and how to use it and depending on that, give it a go

The way it can be integrated with 3rd party apps and there is long list.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can quickly call anyone for quick connect, and the voice quality is so awesome.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The images shared in the chat cannot be downloaded directly, you need to open each image and then download the image, it is very time consuming, that needs to be improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have Microsoft environment, then you need to look out for this, it will make your work joyful.
