What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It incorporates Sharepoint which is great for project work, you can create new group chats and Teams groups for projects. it's easy to share links, files, documents. For video calls, it's great for interaction, seeing participants on screen, see documents being shared, good audio,

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The link with Sharepoint so you can access files through Teams or you can go to Sharepoint - any updates are synced which is very useful so you're not having to duplicate work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing I can think of, I think it's a great product!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Teams is easy to use, makes collaboration so much easier, you can use it on your laptop and phone. It's great for meetings, instant chat with individuals or groups and for coordinating different projects. It makes my life easier, it's great for productivity and is reliable. The best feature is the fact that Teams is integrated with Microsoft 360 so you can create documents using 360 without leaving Teams.
