as this is integrated in the office suite it works well in combination with other office products

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

convenient tool to collaborate on projects (whether it is instant message, setting up a meeting or working togehther on documents)

What do you dislike most about this product?

2 versions of application exist (student / personal use and professional version). Sometimes the wrong version is downloaded and user cannot log in.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If it's in your Microsoft subscription, do give this application a chance. It won't disappoint!
