I like how personalized it is. Makes working from home very easy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how easy to navigate it is.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When trying to save a photo from chat there are too many steps.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A way to save photos directly to computer instead of going to downloads.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams differs from other software because we have the function of sharing, editing and viewing file folders hosted directly in our cloud (sharepoint).

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like most about Teams is that it is intuitive and easy to use, we can all access.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I like least about Teams is that the files sent by chat are temporary and sometimes you can lose information that we think we have stored.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Teams improves communication between teams working remotely, promotes real-time collaboration.
