Easy to administer, install and maintain.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Limited features of screen sharing(remote control)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If it suits your budget, go for it. The office file integration is great and works well with Sharepoint files.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams make work easier and saves time. It is easy to use and collaborate with team. Appointments can be scheduled and synchronised with Outlook's calendar.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mobile data consumed is not excessive and works well in a low network area as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The product should add a delete conversation function, not just messages. For privacy purposes, I would want to delete the entire conversation but unfortunately, the tool doesn't allow that.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Choose microsoft teams if you wish to manage your team remotely because it offers a variety of tools for collaboration and provides integration with major development tools like Github, project management tool JIRA etc
