Improving with CoPilot but still lacking

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams is uniquely places in MS ecosystem so it integrates natively to the entire O365 suite. We also have Microsoft CoPilot with teams so this provides us with transcripts and summaries of our meetings and lets us chat with transcripts thats pretty unique.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Definitely the ability to generate meeting minutes with transcript on if you are using copilot. Having all our meetings accessable so that we can find what was said by who and when is a game changer.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its appearance and cluncky design. Like mentioned earlier, MS should purchase and integrate Slack or Discord. That would make a huge difference as the threading for conversations is much better there.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There is really nothing out there that can compete and the product is improving at a rapid pace. The integration with O365 really helps close the disconnection gap.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Having an integration with the full Microsoft Office suite makes sharing files highly intuitive

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The record of meetings feature has been used in a great way for training - I will invite myself to a meeting - screen share the example of the task needed to complete and have a handy recording to reference when other teammates have a question to complete the task

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish there were a bit more native integration with hosting meetings to conference rooms in the same way zoom was

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Weigh the features of Zoom before considering Teams, at least from a video conferencing standpoint

Everything. Its fully integrated with the Microsoft Stack. I am in teams more than Outlook.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes its buggy.

Switch to Teams. The benefits outweigh the negatives.
