What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It also allows seem-less search option to look for old chats or files. Backup facility is also there to save important documents.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft teams requires internet connectivity. Unstable or slow internet connectivity affects the productivity.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Teams has chat options with both audio and video connectivity, and helps in increasing the connectivity across the organization and improves productivity.
