Conflicts Conflicts will undoubtedly arise in a team if different personalities and poor communication are present. All parties will now be impacted by having individuals who are no longer enthusiastic about working as a group, making it difficult for them to concentrate on their current job.

Teams is designed to simplify group work with easy-to-use channels for group chats. MS Teams has a fairly robust set up. It offers encryption for all data in transit or at rest

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface can feel cluttered at times, and managing multiple chats, channels, and notifications can become overwhelming , especially in larger organization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

i'd recommend microsoft team to organizations already using microsoft 365, take time to organize channels, permissions, and notification properly from the start to keep the platform simple and manageable.
