One of Team's standout features is it's deep integration with Microsoft 355 applications. This enables users to easily collaborate on documents in real-time using Word, Excel, and SharePoint, enhancing productivity and streamlining workflows. Robust collaboration tools, like thread conversations, mentions, and file versioning which boost organized discussion and easy access to shared documents.

Ability to easily meet with people outside of our organization. The features are available to everyone, including screensharing, video, and file sharing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the chat and chat history. I am constantly in communication with people around the globe and it's so easy to message them, check out history, and even call them on the fly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Infrequently a call will drop.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider the speed at which you want to communicate with others. Teams is life changing for me.
