What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It has integration with so many applications such as planner, trello, whiteboard and wiki etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integration with Planner and having that visibility on my tasks from within the application.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At the moment, I do not have any particular comments about this.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, there is a recommendation which I can provide, is about improving the video calling functionality. Because sometime I get ‘reconnecting’ in my Teams application while I am on call, or if I am sharing my screen, that too with a proper wifi connectivity at my home.
