What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The product is very easy to use with creation of organization share links created. The access and mobile application of the product is very satisfying and safe to use. very handy and reliable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There can be end number of users in a meeting and there is no lag in the application and the files sharing and transfer within organization is also simple. Helps in safety measures to from external organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is sometime connectivity or application glitch that causes the app to crash. But this happens once in a long time and does not concern much.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend many about this product for the daily usage as it is really efficient

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams solves the problem of being able to work remotely. Now I can communicate with my team from anywhere. I can start a call on one device and continue on another device

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to be able to be part of multiple teams and have them all displayed on one screen is great. This allows me to be part of multiple projects and have them all at the tip of my fingertips instead of using multiple platforms

What do you dislike most about this product?

With the current situation with COVID-19, there's been a large expansion in MS Teams users. That caused the program to have frequent inconveniences like slow loading & crashes

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Depending on the size of your organization, Teams can be an amazing productivity driver, but may be overly complex for smaller organisations
