It features dedicated conversation channels that can be created for certain topics.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect would be the smooth and easy integration ability with microsoft 365. It is compatible on Android, Windows, and iOS and the experience does not change across.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No dislikes so far the software has been very useful in work.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend anyone considering the software to have a microsoft office account so as to fully take advantage of the features offered by the product.

Sometimes collaboration on documents within Teams goes haywire - so we just open in the desktop app now to get around this

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you set up training for all employees to ensure they get the basics quickly - it is intuitive - but only once you know your way around a bit.
