What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

As part of my research on Teams, I exclusively speak with my coworkers. Recording all of our presentations and sharing papers is much easier with this program. What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As a tool, Microsoft Teams is great and fulfills a variety of functions. Our group conversations revolve around a specific topic. Also, group members can exchange files. There is a nice feature that allows several users to concurrently access and modify the same file. Virtual meetings are a breeze to set up with Microsoft employees. There were about 300 people in attendance at our meetings and the quality was outstanding. At the same time, not everyone is able to be filmed simultaneously. You may also control who has access to the team's communication channel.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft could improve the arrangement of files, as it might be difficult to search for files at times. In a certain folder, there is no possibility to search for a particular file. Searching for a file that contains 50 files in a single folder is a laborious process. Should have a search bar at the top of the screen. It is required that you use Outlook in order to access the calendars of the participants. Additionally, Microsoft Teams might benefit from the integration of calendars.

It is a must-have program for all of my co-workers to exchange files, make group calls, and conduct group chats. My favourite aspect would be the smooth and easy integration ability with microsoft 365. It is compatible on Android, Windows, and iOS and the experience does not change across.

No dislikes so far the software has been very useful in work.

I would recommend anyone considering the software to have a microsoft office account so as to fully take advantage of the features offered by the product.

I think this product provides all solutions for team collaboration and remote working. There's nothing I dislike so far.
