What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
What I liked most of Microsoft Teams is the fact that you can integrate not only with other Microsoft products but also with other sources. It is very easy to use and intuitive for users. I can have all my working files in the same place.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The possibility to share with whoever you like, dashboards, files, tasks, calendars. It is just up to you to learn and set it up for your most convenient use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only thing I dislike is the fact that chat windows show up in the same window where you might be working a file, and in order to respond to a chat, you have to move from where you are to the chat window.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I really recommend to train your users in all the functionalities so they can get the most out of this product. You shouldn't be attaching files anymore to emails, or spamming people with extense communications. You have everything you need all in one tool.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
Microsoft Teams; Offered as three plans, one free and two paid. You don't make any commitments when you use the free plan. Annual commitments are required for Microsoft 365 Business Basic and Microsoft 365 Business Standard. If you're wondering if the free Microsoft Teams plan won't work for me, the answer is entirely up to you. If you don't need extra features like meeting scheduling, smart video, more than 1TB of storage, the free plan will suffice.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Advantages - Being integrated with Office 365 programs, you can share the files you have prepared on your computer via Microsoft Teams, Providing 2GB of storage space per user, File sharing, Allowing meetings with up to 250 participants in the free version, Creating private channels between participants in meetings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Disadvantages - Unable to record broadcasts in the free version, No management tools to manage users, Only 4 participants appear on the screen during the meeting, other participants are not visible, Connection problems occur in high participant meetings.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Microsoft Teams allowed citizens to evaluate their time during the time spent at home. Teams created with the Microsoft Teams application can have video and audio calls with each other at the same time. They can also share documents and view notes centrally.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
It has a live transcript feature with high accuracy, minimal latency.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has a noise suppression feature that works perfectly in noisy rooms. It has a full integration with Microsoft 365. The user interface is very user friendly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It requires microsoft account.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is very handy product that provides a lot of flexibility when using it for meetings.
