What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

There is a advanced options to format any text sent in messages and the simplicity is exceptional.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

First of all security options provided by the teams is ultimate. The collaboration between peoples are very simple and the meetings are more flexible and effective.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes there will be some lagging issue in audio and the ecosystem between outlook but complicated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Improve the ecosystem between the Microsoft products and teams. Fixing the audio bug. Also, it will be great if they increase the simplicity.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft teams is one of it's kind. it provide so seamless interaction with team members with clear audio and video.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Adding multiple people in the group chat, doing session recording, screen share and creating group to chat with team members.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It started hanging recently and also app started crashing intermittently. This need to be resolved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just fix the crash.
