What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

If you use Windows then it integrates well. But it is not a very lightweight application. Other software can be lighter.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The integration with Outlook is very nice, so Teams meetings can be set up from the Outlook Calendar. Video and Audio Calls works without any major failures.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Tools could be a lot more simple. The chat interface and search options are a bit confuse. Teams is also very demanding on CPU and Memory.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Will surely recommend Teams over any other application for effective enterprise management.

- Integration with others Microsoft products - Bigger number of third party apps available in the store - Collaboration concept covering features like planning, messaging and documents library

Collaboration features are very fully integrated

What do you dislike most about this product?

- Teams app only allows one work or school account - Cannot use Alias

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need a great collaboration platform where messaging, shared documents, calls and videoconferences are frequently used, please consider to use Teams.
