What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams has all the ability to do the great job for hybrid work model, which has been adopted by most of the organizations across the globe as new norms post covid era. The best thing in Microsoft Teams is it's availability across the different platforms and uniterputted communication channels even in low bandwidth internet.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We are using Microsoft teams for multiple purposes, like team meetings, audio and video calls, webinars and broadcasting of management and educational seminars. It has been a great helping hand for us to promote hybrid work solution across the organization to reduce the office operational costs. We are also using it for collaborative working for inter departmentral teams, who are working on same project to achieve more effective and efficient goals.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no option to delete the old chats even if you don't need them anymore. The only option is to hide the chat, which is very strange for me and I dislike this feature in Microsoft Teams.

Th ease of use and synchronization with outlook is seamless
