What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
Here's the main difference: Zoom is purely a video conferencing tool whereas MS Teams is an all-in-one tool that combines video conferencing with team chat and other productivity features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
MS Teams offers longer group meetings of about 1 hour even in their free plan.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are just two points about MS Teams that I dislike.. 1) Unnecessary storage consumption 2) Increased security risk.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Microsoft Teams app is all about better communication and business benefits. For businesses, this cloud-based platform with integrated Microsoft products is a game-changer.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
Voice calls and audio are both great even when used on mobile devices. Microsoft Teams is integrated with Office 365, making sharing files and documents easy unlike other tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the best part that its bot and tab features really allow the developer to take their part of the web application and show it in groups. It's a great concept and a step ahead of zoom and other things for the future.
What do you dislike most about this product?
At first, accessing is a bit confusing how to create meetings and groups, especially if the meeting needs an outside person, the options will be easier to make learning faster.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need a team communication and collaboration solution, Microsoft Teams is the best solution, it's more than just a communication app, you can do multiple activities at one place and share with your team and manager's friends.

* Messaging is really fast and effective. * It is very easy to use. * It is connected to Outlook as well. It means if you create a meeting in Outlook it is also automatically. connected to Teams. * Screen sharing, video and audio conferencing quality is very good. Efficient, fast and effective.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
* Video and audio quality is really amazing. * Screen sharing is fast and reliable. * Secure for one to one speaking and good at conferencing. * You can create and organize meetings easily.
What do you dislike most about this product?
* During screen sharing pen support should be enabled. * When a lot of people joins meetings, some times it could be slow. * Meeting limit also should be provided. * Non microsoft products also should be connected to Teams such like Slack.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
* Enable pen support during screen sharing. * Meeting quality should be similar when lots of people joins to the meetings. * Put a meeting limit please. * Enable TEams support to Slack or other NonMicrosoft products
