What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams really facilitates most of the communication that occurs in my organization and is a great way for me to communicate with my peers, professionally. I don't think I've used anything else like this before.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that it is pretty easy to set up and doesn't require a lot of time getting used to.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The problem I face with Teams is that certain functions are a bit complicated for me, and I wish they had made tutorials or at least explained how to use them in the most efficient way possible.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are a Millennial, just go for it. If you are not as experienced with tech, it may take time getting used to but is a great product nonetheless :)

Teams is part of the M365 ecosystem, which gives it a major advantage over other tools

Not having threads in chat conversations

Decide which aspects are going to be most important to your organization and focus on those. Everything else is a "nice-to-have"
