What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

We liked how we can organize meetings and keep it clean and not messy as it was sometimes without using Teams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We like the calendar feature, as you can see what other people/workers are doing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The red alarms :D But that just when there is a lot of work. Gets stressed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I think this is the best product for you're team how to communication and is a great team addition.

gets disconnected frequently on a low or less stable connection

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

There are many options in the market, but when it comes to instant messaging with audio and video calling options, file sharing, and collaborating with the teams. there is none better than Microsoft Teams. Single Application with multiple use cases.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Instant messaging, the status of team members' availability, best among all is audio and video calling option along with screen sharing capabilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish we have more customizing options instead of the typical light and dark theme, changing wallpapers and introducing more themes can be exciting and unique to every user.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're a large organization that already uses Microsoft 365 business package, Teams is going to be the most affordable option for you. which will help you with many advanced features and options. But if your team doesn't need all the other tools that come with the Microsoft package, you can go ahead with other alternatives.
