Easy to migrate as we already use Microsoft support all over the organisation

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

UI and its easy to use access, Better connectivity and quality of audio and videos while meeting and screen sharing is accuraty

No delete chat option is available, Finding old chats is bit hard

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The integration into outlook mixed with one spot for chat, video calls and meetings. Microsoft Teams has consolidated the applications I need to use while making it extremely easy to collaborate with co-workers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The calendar and integration of adding meetings directly into outlook has saved me a lot of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Restart needed when I am not connected to a trusted network and then rejoin a trusted network.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you use multiple applications for meetings, chat and calendar, give this a shot. Just the integration and consolidation alone is worth the money.
