What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

MS Teams provides one of the best instant messaging services, app/screen sharing capabilities, helps in enabling polls and easily integrates with Microsoft business apps like MS SharePoint, MS office suite, Microsoft copilot and many more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

UI is interactive and self-explanatory. The way it helps in maximizing the investment made on M365 E3 or E5 licenses for enterprises with a rich set of features that it supplies make it a go to product at the price range. All these combinedly make MS teams my favorite.

What do you dislike most about this product?

MS Teams is a resource intensive app that eats up resources however since the inception, MS Teams have been undergoing a lot of changes and performance is getter better with every new release and customizations are limited too.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As mentioned above, in the very near future i am anticipating Microsoft to bring more advanced performance improvements on both Mobile and desktop apps.
