What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its easy to use. If you are familiar with other Microsoft products then there is no learning curve. The forms are easy to use and the style and customization is not time consuming. And of course the fact that its a Microsoft product then it integrates with the other products just perfect. Makes great for other uses such as marketing material and good use in a presentation
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing to dislike about the product. Microsoft makes productive products
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are familiar with Microsoft other products then this is a no-brainer for you. If you are not, then give it a whirl and see if its right for your business.

What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?
Natural Integration with Microsoft Suite of products, ease of use and intuitive user interface, good reporting capabilities, accessible via all form factors (mobile, desktop, tablet). Good customization features as well

Customization capabilities, integration with Microsoft product suite
What do you dislike most about this product?
That it opens a new tab whenever to click into a survey/form and take an action. Can easily end up with 6-10 tabs open while working in it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Naturally, one should compare to Google Forms to see which approach is preferred. In my opinion, MS Forms is a much stronger product with the added benefit of seamlessly integrating into the rest of the MS product suite, if you are already leveraging those applications.

What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?
Integration with power automate allows you to have a nice flow of data throughout the MS application suite.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Simple and easy to use. It’s intuitive which means that it’s easy for us to roll out and for colleagues to use independently. It provides a quick, business approved, solution for collecting non sensitive data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There’s some limitations on customisation. It’s also missing some of the features that its competitors have such as setting form limits and certain question types.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely worth it - particularly if you are already a Microsoft Suite user as it has great integration options with Power Automate and Excel.
