What differentiates Meltwater from other similar products?

Meltwater's comprehensiveness and ease of use are its two greatest strengths. It helps us measure the number of copies distributed and the amount of interest shown by readers, allowing us to gauge the success of our PR efforts. Knowing this information allows us to avoid wasting time on projects that won't yield a positive return on investment. In addition, I am able to learn more about the preferences of my ideal customers and adjust my marketing strategies and tactics accordingly, so increasing the number of people who become paying customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Meltwater's intuitive design and insightful analytics are two features I like much. As a result, we are better able to assess the ROI, audience size, and other metrics of our public relations efforts in a short amount of time (ROI). It also enables us to isolate the clicks that have a high potential for converting into income. By using their in-depth knowledge of market tendencies and key performance metrics, we can streamline processes and ensure that all marketing efforts are directed toward achieving set goals rather than spending time on inefficient ones.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wouldn't say I like how it can sometimes be easy to navigate the search parameters. Additionally, some of the stories in Meltwater's content may not directly relate to our desired topic or product, and this inconsistency limits its effectiveness. Furthermore, not all news sources fully populate into searches on websites like Meltwater, leading us to miss out on specific updates we should know about.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's useful for tracking news during a crisis and gauging public opinion. A digital marketer's prospective audience may be expanded with the use of the tool's assistance in developing an effective marketing plan. The app works well for media monitoring in situations where firms need to address customer complaints and other issues. Meltwater Social generates reportable social listing reports automatically.
