What differentiates Khoros Social Media Management from other similar products?

the program is better than others because it offers many functions that are very helpful and also has good customer service.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The skills of structure and process that Khoros Marketing provides are among its most useful aspects. My team and I are able to get a comprehensive perspective of all of our messages across all of our platforms and accounts with the assistance of the calendar management tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At best, Khoros may be described as being sluggish. At the time of activation, the platform did not have the functionality that had been promised, and the available functionalities were severely lacking. For instance, the platform does not provide any features for publishing to social media, which is a significant shortcoming.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Before going further with Khoros Marketing, we urge that you please ask questions tailored to your requirements and that you ensure you get straight answers to those queries.

What differentiates Khoros Social Media Management from other similar products?

Khoros provides us with a unified engagement hub, which gives the ability to manage engagement and support activity for different social media platform, and customer support channels from one single dashboard .Thus, providing us with a unified view of our performance across different channels of customer engagement.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Khoros provides us a presence on multiple platforms through which our customers potentially seek assistance - Whatsapp, Facebook messenger and even through short message service (sms).

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of support for more recent social media platform is a point of reservation for me and my team members. An example of a recent social media platform which Khoros does not yet support is Tik-tok.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I have not encountered a better multi-channel engagement platform, better than Khoros. However, I do believe each organization has their unique needs , which may make Khoros suitable or unsuitable to their needs.

What differentiates Khoros Social Media Management from other similar products?

I haven't used any other product without Khoros Marketing. I found Khoros Marketing quite helpful. I can easily manage multiple social media accounts by using Khoros Marketing. It really help me on client handling.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Khoros Marketing gives me all messages from the clients on one platform. Khoros Marketing permits me to focus on customer expectations and responsibility. I need to see every one of the clients that have sent in messages. I like the extra elements like adding notes and labeling specific posts so they can be accounted for and shipped off inside accomplices.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think Khoros Marketing needs to customize their interface more software friendly so that when someone uses the filtering option that will be easier for everyone.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great tool for vendors who want to respond to all their customer messages and value their customers. You should try once.
