They'll do what they can to be of assistance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's a lot, and there are moments when it feels like too much. Tracking your progress back to where you were might be difficult while observing streams. Functions - We were unable to make use of a few of the functions since they were inadequate for our purposes. To be more specific, the data analytics and media archive. For our purposes of listening and reporting, we have discovered that alternative technologies are more reliable. Because of this, we were unable to find what we were looking for in the content collection. Costly - Way more so than the market average.

Because Khoros is so good at engaging with our customers through various social media platforms, I highly urge that you sign up for this program. Managing several accounts and different social media networks is a relatively simple process.

In my organization we started using Khoros to efficiently provide answers to our customers' queries on the various social platforms; organize, plan and publish content and perform analytics that can be critical in our decision making around marketing. Khoros has pretty good customization capabilities, the calendar view is attractive and I like that there is an approval process because content can be reviewed before being published, it's an excellent feature.

The only thing I find not very positive is that the campaign panels are so unintuitive to use, it hinders and slows down the users work sometimes.

It is a unique platform when it comes to planning, organizing and publishing content in different social networks; it is easy to use; it has good user interface and if cost is affordable for small and medium businesses. Recommended.
