I have not been able to interact with similar product in our company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has streamlined our sales channels by generating more leads that contribute to faster customer engagement. It is very powerful in creating campaigns that are distributed to our targeted groups of customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not experienced any drawback that can lead to low functionality.

What differentiates Keap from other similar products?

In order to eliminate time-consuming activities that we all useKeap, It offers a versatile and dynamic platform to enable small businesses to profit from marketing automation. My events firm and my digital agency both used separate applications due to the flexibility of the platform. When it comes to events, there are a lot of repetitive chores and processes to keep track of. Keap helped me stay organized and on track so I could focus on the essential stuff, like ticket sales. These features are differentiated Keap from other similar competitor products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The extensive feature set and regular updates from the Keap product team are what I enjoy most about Keap. Sales and support have been great. A recent migration from one platform to another went smoothly. The campaign builder is also a favorite. Recently, I've noticed a devotion to upgrading and enhancing it, which I like. It's the closest thing I've discovered to a one-stop-shop. Having fewer tools to manage my business is a huge plus for me. It is available both online and as an app.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When developing email campaigns, I wish you could CC or BCC an email address. This would make it easier for me to combine Keap with SalesForce if it were available. Also, it would be nice if Keap could make it easier to incorporate an existing email address into its emailing feature. I had a little trouble setting up an automatic email series, though. A short call to customer service got me the support I needed to start and operate my automated marketing campaign in no time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider using this technology in conjunction with a trained virtual assistant. Keap is a better alternative if you require more than simply database administration, such as the ability to collect payments and create landing pages. Keap is the number one marketing automation program for serious entrepreneurs who are serious about their business, are serious about lead creation, and want an effective system for monitoring prospects, following up with them and turning them into clients, and generating referrals. I encourage you to take advantage of the training opportunities available.

What differentiates Keap from other similar products?

It is easy to use and comes with resources to learn everything you might need for your business, the ability to create campaigns is something we also plan to delve further into over time, particularly drip campaigns, it has all the features I need, helps to keep track of everything that happens in the business and has tremendously valuable automation functions, also the forms send emails automatically, reminding me when it is necessary to perform a task and when it is necessary to touch the contacts, its ability to integrate into the Most of the apps on the market are amazing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how easy it is to create new products and configure payment systems, I also enjoy the tagging functionality, as well as the ability to create custom fields, I also love that with Keap you have all the email marketing and sales platforms under one roof, I also like the integration with emails, text messages, calls, notes and reminders, it is so flexible that you can customize it very easily to suit your needs, it is a very detailed tool that allows you to segment customers potentials and personalize nearly every part of the customer experience with email syncing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I didn't like the fact that they have a huge registration fee, which they say is used to pay for the trainer you get when you sign up, these coaching sessions were a bit long and honestly could have been done through YouTube videos.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It offers the ability to intuitively design and modify workflows, it also offers many details for clients with excellent segmentation resources that can be used in communication strategies and email transmissions, it is a highly recommended tool.
