What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira has quite an amazing ticketing system with possibility to assign and comment tickets.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Setting task priorities and deadline which are then reminded with useful app or mail notifications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Quite confusing graphical interface, I would avoid too many buttons on the tickets page.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In my opinion, this tool is recommended for tech skilled people willing to work at a high level of efficiency.

The features which allows users to keep track of the progress as well as splitting the tasks between users in case the story points are very close.

Jira makes it easy to assign and keep track of the different tasks.

The work Management part is not as functional as Software, especially the cloud-based variant;

Jira is a huge tool and you want to implement next segments, as they are easy to integrate together. This solution can exchange multiple of your current systems.
