What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

The Integration with the Atlassian Suite gives it a plus.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the Dashboard feature to view the status of all my pending tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a lengthy process to log time and work by opening each task individually.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you a big organization with multiple projects to manage then JIRA will be very helpful.
