I suggest you think of Jira as a giant whiteboard that never gets messy, but with superpowers. For anyone planning to use it in a hospital or healthcare setting, my advice is: don’t dive in headfirst with every feature turned on. Start with a simple board, keep the workflow clear, and then gradually layer in the advanced options. Involve your team early—clinicians, administrators, IT—so the setup reflects how they actually work, not just what looks good on paper. Use labels and custom fields wisely; they’ll save you hours later. And most importantly, treat Jira as a living system—tweak it regularly as your projects evolve. It is as dynamic!

1. One of the most helpful , integerated and customizable product, where we can add , see and manages all the changes which is going in project under one roof. 2. Properly documented and helpful support team for quick resolutions. 3. Helps to track real time updates on projects.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can customize the project according to our need and as can add as many as field we want to. It is extremely secure too.

What do you dislike most about this product?

1. Interface is little overwhelmed to find the understand in early states. 2. Very costly but very efficient too.
