iContact is a simple and straightforward email marketing automation that allows us to easily create and track a professional and effective email campaign

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Individualized workflows mean we are able to target our customers with the right content at the right time based on customer type, geography, and activity

What do you dislike most about this product?

iContact doesn't have a forum where I can ask questions in public for other community members or support staff to answer

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

iContact wins in terms of customization and features such as social media integration. Choose depending on the individual needs and requirements of your business

Really straight forward to set up a great email marketing campaign without having specialist web development experience

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I set up any number of messages that will be sent at pre-chosen times. With iContact I use it already designed templates and simply personalize where I need

What do you dislike most about this product?

Managing subscribers is tricky when trying to work with people who unsubscribed by mistake

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

iContact has an incredibly straight forward offering and one that will benefit anyone in the business, and its a product that does exactly what it says
