Extremely adorable with campaign segmentation. Monumental and effortless with email delivery. Great with real-time engagement of customer. Social media intergration for reaching bigger audience.

Admirable for it's real-time customer engagement.

Extraordinary for it's astuteness with real-time customer engagement. Flexible and robust with lead tracking and segmentation. The dashboard is clean and robust. Excellent with secure of customer data.

What differentiates iContact from other similar products?

It has some advanced features in it that we can't see in similar products. 1. Personalized user interface 2. Support options 3. Straightforward navigation 4. Send a test message 5. Spell check 6. Spam check

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can edit design attributes, such as colors, image alignment, font, borders, and spacing, which greatly helps me.

What do you dislike most about this product?

1. Slow page loading speed 2. Basic segmentation capabilities 3. Lack of email scheduling options

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

iContact has a solid range of features, which makes it good but it is a little costly if we compare it with other similar products. Features-wise if we see then this software is great & I will highly recommend this software.
