HubSpot is pretty similar to other tools but does have some great unique functionalities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how easy to use it is and how simple it is to customize.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it can seem like there is way more than I need and it can get confusing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

HubSpot is a very trusted brand and is a great CRM tool for small to large businesses.

What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?

Great asset for us as a reporting purpose to clients and much more with standardized email with proper chat responses. Easy to setup and host & create website and edit blogs. Additionally, flexibility in sending emails in bulk to targeted audience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One can browse organized & complete history of tickets to track the customers behaviors. Moreover, helpful and efficient for customer success with interactive dashboards and reporting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I like the tool very much its very helpful in customer success but sometimes need to struggle with integration and also customize options in reporting section is limited.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One stop platform from website hosting, email marketing to customer engagement. Help in customer success to filter out MQL and SQL even reporting is very helpful. Live chat and support team is very useful.
