What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

Ease of use and how simple the platform is. Other CRM softwares can be over engineered and complicated, at least HubSpot sticks with what it knows and does it well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easy it is to use and the built in dialer. Many CRM's lack a well made dialer with call recording functionalities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No next/previous button. A very small thing however it really helps with productivity.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great CRM to go for. Nothing out of the ordinary and not overly complicated but I wish they were slightly more innovative with their software.

sophisticated sales forecasting and reporting, but a more expensive approach is needed.

Has a very small learning curve in comparison to other platforms, and offer's a better package of sales and marketing automation.
