What differentiates Hootsuite Social Media Management Enterprise from other similar products?
We are using this program to manage the content of all the social networks of the company and it seems to us that among all similar software, this is the best and easiest to use. It quickly shows us the interactions that have each of the accounts as well as in each publication made, plus we have very important metrics to improve our publications.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its most basic functions have always been of great help for the management of social networks, such as scheduling the planning of the week and the whole month of all our networks, this way we can advance work and not worry about publishing. It also allows us to view and respond from the same platform all comments made as well as private messages.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it takes a long time to load the videos that I need to publish or schedule, making the process tedious, it has also had errors when publishing the scheduled, especially with videos, so we must be aware if it was published or not at the scheduled time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is the content manager par excellence, we have always used it and we have been able to take advantage of each of the tools in favor of our social networks. We have been able to improve our strategies and increase followers and interaction with our publications, so we highly recommend it.
