What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The crystal-clear call quality ensures that our customer interactions are always professional and effective. The mobile app is a lifesaver, allowing us to stay connected on the go, which is crucial in the fast-paced retail environment.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the advanced features and customization options can be a bit challenging for non-tech-savvy employees to grasp quickly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

GoToConnect has proven to be a superior digital phone service for our retail business, thanks to its exceptional call quality, user-friendly interface, mobile capabilities and scalability.

What differentiates GoToConnect from other similar products?

I have used Goto since the days of join.me (a very early version of meeting software) I have a VoIP & Meeting account. Because of the bundled service, I see no need to use multiple products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use is the most important thing to me, this is EASY

What do you dislike most about this product?

Occasionally it gets glitchy & I have trouble recording a session.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use it a couple times, you'll see how easy & feature-rich it is.
