What differentiates Gong from other similar products?

It might be challenging to build a remote sales staff, but Gong has changed the rules for us in that regard. The majority of the time spent in Gong by new salespeople is spent listening to calls and learning how to search for certain things in calls. Also, we automatically identify our 5-star demo calls on Slack so that the staff may hear them and be encouraged.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that it keeps our sales staff extremely effective. I appreciate the ability to submit scorecards and use them to instruct the team. Also, the ability to "search through call transcripts" is a fantastic approach to getting ready for our own demos. We can look up words in other people's demonstrations (such as the names of competitors) to see what was said there and include it in our own by searching for those words!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sadly, there is no method to add the note taker when the customer schedules the appointment. However, the transcription still has some room for improvement. It would also be wonderful to have it available in languages other than English.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Gong enables you to examine these sessions with your clients so that you can concentrate on what was said and consider the most effective approaches/strategies for advancing your dialogues. As a result, you can close agreements more quickly and for more money. This is something we think you should try.
