What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Now that we can share snippets with SEs, they won't need to join the sales cycle too early, and junior SDRs won't need to know every technical answer as they can share the conversation afterward and also summarise the questions posed.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We had a terrific experience with it. Compared to any Salesforce report, their dashboard is more simpler to read and collaborate on. In order to manage transactions more effectively and efficiently, Gong provides both our sales agents and our sales leaders with more instantaneous visibility into our sales pipeline. Their CS team responds and offers assistance right away.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing. Instead of having to wait a couple of hours to get access and listen to a call, perhaps accessibility to calls might be in real-time. On some calls, the recording's name does not appear. The status of certain calls is "Unknown." Fix this problem to leave more positive impressions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Listening to a previous recording is beneficial. You can skip to a section of the audio recordings where a specific speaker is speaking. When trying to determine when any issue was brought up during the call, it is simple to search for terms in the transcript. Get Gong if you don't want to only rely on your abilities to listen and communicate while taking notes.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
To record and monitor our talks with clients, we use Gong. It serves like a search engine for our group as they explore for specific content and opportunities, as well as a log of communications, a tracker of the sales path with prospects, and a stenographer for calls.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As a marketer, I interact directly with clients. With Gong's support, I was able to find quotes from clients who had spoken to my coworkers, and the app also allowed us to record my talks with clients for later playback or distribution to teams.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not all of the transcription can be copied and pasted while viewing it on the Gong app as opposed to the pdf.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Gong may be used with minimal effort. Acceptance is simple. If you don't know how calls are labeled according to sentiment, etc., diving into the search phrases can be difficult.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Since Gong was implemented by our company, both our business and the sales team's performance have improved. I'm happy to report that solely as a result of this tool, I was able to complete my tasks more effectively, my productivity increased, and I now receive daily encouragement from managers. I'm not sure what other people think of this product, but I think it's excellent and quite durable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This is the approach that can be customized to exactly what I need for my business. Reps can hone their skills while receiving criticism from coworkers or management by combining the Missions component with Coaching best practices. I appreciate how well it integrates with Zoom and other third-party tools, making it simpler for us to collaborate with one another and utilize the available customer discussions more effectively.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although they have excellent online help material, I would prefer it to have a little more depth or cover more sophisticated assistance topics for various customer circumstances.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Gong is the software that enables you to avoid using additional filters to look for certain terms while on the phone. With Gong, you'll be able to maximize leads, have happy customers, and easily satisfy your managers with your performance. It's a beneficial tool that also allows you to save money on subscriptions while enabling you to have happy customers at the end of the process.
