What differentiates FreshBooks from other similar products?

Freshbooks' price and feature comparison showed me that I could get everything I wanted while paying less than Quickbooks. I eliminated other applications since they lacked several of the functionality I requested. FreshBooks takes great pride in its customer service and customer satisfaction, which is apparent when you speak with a representative.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For the time entries, I enjoy the notes section. I appreciate how adaptable it is to rearrange recorded time entries or edit the content to more accurately reflect the work I completed. I adore Freshbooks' customer service as well. They are accommodating and quick to respond. They don't squander my time with unnecessary babble like many other customer service situations have. To address my inquiries, I just proferred, and they provided screenshots and detailed phrasing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The accounting system's primary functionality (the bank link) is broken. It frequently disconnects, and imports of expenses are not made. There has been no resolution after five months of speaking with customer service. And because my problem is difficult to resolve, the customer service representatives only took minimal action.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

FreshBooks offers small businesses a user interface that is well-designed and simple to use for a range of tasks, most notably billing and invoicing. When making invoices, users have access to a large selection of lovely template designs, enabling them to create papers that are eye-catching yet professional-looking.

FreshBooks has a really visually appealing interface, and that's something I really like. Even after a long day at work, logging in never leaves me feeling drained. When I log in, the most crucial information is right there on the dashboard. FreshBooks can help me operate my design business. Tracking my time, creating estimates and invoicing, creating projects, setting up regular retainers, etc. are just some of the things I do.

Easy-to-use: Freshbooks A lot of functions are available and you can get started in a short period of time. Clients will love this for making payments. Freshbooks' user-friendliness and the fact that all of my clients are saved there are two things I really like. All of my client data has been held there for more than a decade.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As a result, there can be a lot of confusion when it comes to automatic payments. The smartphone app itself also needs a lot of work. In addition, the FreshBooks customer service needs improvement. I'd like to see some of the more expensive plans' extras available to everyone.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For the sake of my business finance manager, I don't mess about with Excel spreadsheets. Self-employment taxes are calculated based on the information provided. It saves me a ton of time, and by the end of the year, I'm well-prepared for tax time.

The general ledger is quite useful when it comes to bank reconciliation. Excellent when it comes to keeping track of a project's finances. For financial reporting, it's a great tool.

FreshBooks handles all of your company's financial and accounting needs in an efficient and effective manner. FreshBooks helps me with all of the paperwork that I have to handle for my business as a graphic designer, making it a lot easier to manage my payroll and bills.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It may be easier to use if it were made more user-friendly. I'm a little overwhelmed by the sheer number of options. You may use FreshBooks to manage all elements of your accounting, but there is always opportunity for improvement and upgrading.

To keep things running smoothly, keep an eye on all invoices and payments. You may count on it if you have a strong team and fast communication. Exceptional at simplifying the administration of job processes. Everything about this app is excellent.
