One of the most striking things that I have not seen is other CRM or Invoice Software, is the current and unparalleled condition it has for setting up invoices, it is highly innovative and is something that will for sure make you look like a big and modern company to your clients. Very accomplished, its integration with quite a lot of banks to keep track of your expenses. You manage to keep the balance in an easy and simple way you manage to create invoices without so many complications, it has a great customer support that are always ready to answer questions and solve problems.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It lacks an email that notifies the customer; it should contain a PDF with the invoice, adding the link to go to the page and view the invoice online. Also to be able to add a payment method such as PayPal, which is useful for customers to subscribe to their PayPal account and pay the invoice directly; it is more concrete for accounting, but it is still useful for marketing. The bank reconciliation is a bit embarrassing to understand as they should improve on that aspect and be a bit simpler.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is simpler to use as it records expenses in real time, it is very neat to make your own expense and profit account for work, it is the ideal package for a small business to undertake and arrange accounting, invoicing and customer revenue. the interface with Fundbox is useful. Once you send an invoice, it shows up in Fundbox, this helps with positive cash flow. It is good to have 24/7 availability by email and they respond quickly.

A generated invoice is delivered to the client along with any necessary reminder emails after it has been generated often based on the time recorded against the project/client. It can be challenging to bill customers based on time entries. The time tracker is occasionally a little bit glitchy. Rarely, but now the problem seems to be rectified, I've been charged too much for the number of clients I had in my account at a given moment.
