Great product, should be considered for Field Services, comes with a lot of AI features. Microsoft is continuously investing in the product to provide best in class field service.

The scheduling and booking. Looking up work order. Could be easier

It will not let you save as view in display mode

Resource scheduling optimization

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Field service mobile has lots of bugs.Am always running into Login issues and offline synchronisation issues, it has been unreliable, wish Microsoft could carry out lots of improvements on the mobile app.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I enjoy the Dynamics 365, though there may be some glitches and bugs.
