What differentiates Dynamics 365 Commerce from other similar products?
A software that has undoubtedly changed the way we work in the office, because it has simplified the tasks, making them easier to execute. In the marketing department it has helped us to carry out projects in a more organized way and not lose communication with our customers and thus increase sales, which is the main objective of any business.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As it is a software developed by Microsoft, it allows us to seamlessly integrate all the applications and tools of that brand. The capture of potential customers through customer management is perfect for increasing sales. The contact base and customer base is very well designed and allows you to search for information easily.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The information on the main panel can be overwhelming, as in my particular case I don't use all the features and it doesn't give me the option to remove them. The reporting is poor, it could be a little more complete, especially the sales information. Its mobile version can certainly be improved.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This software gives us the quality of Microsoft and the guarantee of a good performance. It has allowed us to be more agile with the work and increase our sales, because our team has all the tools available to get customers and sell our services.

What differentiates Dynamics 365 Commerce from other similar products?
The bank reconciliation component is significantly more user-friendly than my prior system, which threw an error and ruined our data every November. After converting, we no longer have any concerns with our balance sheet or income statement. It's also useful to be able to send invoices straight from the system. I use it frequently to send invoices, correct pricing issues, and change order numbers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is extremely customization, in the way the platform is configured and how invoices or orders can be sorted. It is very convenient to select a customer and send them their documents in batches. Previously, I had to print all the invoices and scan them back into the system to send them. That saved hours of my life and countless trees. Basically, Microsoft Dynamics offers a lot of functionality. Our company has been running more smoothly since the move, but we are still progressively integrating everything into the new system. It takes time, but if you know what to look for, locating orders/invoices is straightforward.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The tool's use is greatly reliant on its configuration and execution. Interactions and error messages may not always look logical. There do not appear to be any APIs for the tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I like how we can use the same program for all of our levels. Using our offers and invoices, we can track the progress of each transaction. You may find them by searching by customer, order number, amount, and a variety of other parameters. After some training and a better understanding of how accounting works, I understood exactly what to do to detect or correct errors. I enjoy that I can make notes on each quote, order, and invoice.
