What differentiates DocuWare from other similar products?

We can keep all our documents very organized thanks to this platform, everything is really easy to use, perhaps for beginners they need a few days of use to adapt, but it is very easy in all its options.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It provides us with the protection of our information, transparent software with unique capabilities that improve our processes in the organization. Easy, fast and safe, three words that make the difference.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think it is a very complete software that covers many things that are necessary for everyone, it gets better and better after each more updated version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

All our documents are kept digitized to speed up our processes much more, we save time and money. My colleagues need to know about DocuWare and its good document management, I will recommend it without hesitation.

I would like to see reporting capabilities based on stamped items

Working with a third party support vendor works very well for us when regard to the back end technical setup
