What differentiates Dialpad Sell from other similar products?

Dialpad is very flexible. You can use it as your main company line's switch board, each user from different departments can have a soft phone number, you can use it for coaching, round-robin inbound calls, integrate into other tools, etc. Overall its a well built solution.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The flexibility when it comes to phone numbers. You can assign different or multiple numbers to users with area codes you're looking for, we can call international numbers, we can round-robin inbound calls, and listen to recordings. Its a great platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Would love for users to be able to listen to other users call live to provide live coaching. I've used other tools in the past that have this funcationality.

What differentiates Dialpad Sell from other similar products?

We needed a solution that was able to host our main line, integrate with Outreach.io, and offer softphones to anyone else in the company. Dialpad was the solution and I'm happy they were as they have a great product. It's very flexible, you can accomplish most things you need from a dialer perspective, and its UI is very clean. Overall extremely happy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact it was able to meet all our use cases was a major plus. As an admin, I love the simplicity. And my users love the same. Click-to-dial functionality integrated with Outreach.io is a time saver, and then recording voice and transcripts are a huge coaching tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'd love the ability to "local dial", as in say I'm calling a 303 area code then my caller ID would show up as a 303, or if I call a 949 area code, then my caller id would show up as 949. Other tools offer this spoofing feature, and it really did lead to more phone pickups when cold calling.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Demo it before buying!

What differentiates Dialpad Sell from other similar products?

I've used other solutions in the past and Dialpad is by far the most polished. You have so much flexibility with this tool around user setup, offices, different main lines, routing, round-robin, recording, virtual assistant, out-of-office messages, etc. It is amazing! Love as an Admin I can just set it up, then setup team leads to handle their team's settings however they'd like.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The flexibility is my favorite aspect. I don't think there's been a time I haven't reached out to Dialpad and couldn't accomplish what I wanted to do. One thing I'd love the ability to use Dialpad's desktop application, but rather than being assigned a unique Dialpad number, we'd like to use our personal Cell Phone number (i.e. you use Dialpad for all its great features, click-to-dial, etc, but on the receiving end the number looks like you're calling from your personal number). That would be amazing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the desktop app can be buggy and your settings reset. Kind of a pain to have to fix your settings once a month, but not a deal breaker.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try before you buy!
