What do you dislike most about this product?
The product is needlessly difficult to understand. The support team are also rarely knowledgeable. The result is that we have under utilised the platform significantly and wasted our investment.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be prepared to invest in independent, 1 to 1 deployment support. Do not opt for the group based deployment support option.

Easy to teach new team members, and having the availability of connectwise university allows automation of training.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Remote client status and detailed information available.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lack of integration with some of our choice products, and false hardware information we have experiences on rare occasions
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Will assist with staff productivity and keeping teams on task. Will create a sense of self accountability which is a struggle within IT teams.
