What differentiates Brainshark from other similar products?
User friendly, ease of integration with CRM's, good resources of analytics & detailed scorecards
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The scorecards & dashboards - they are really easy to set up and am able to see what is going on behind the scenes at a glance.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Since the buy-out from BIG TIN CAN, the vender relationship is nothing like it was before... we definitely do not get the attention or quick responses like we once did and this had been a bit of a concern.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The company is great with showcasing, ask for a demo... have them set up a "sandbox" to test out the feel and functionalities.
