What differentiates Bitrix24 from other similar products?

The technical aspect, Bitrix24 is an online cloud service that you can access via browser or through a mobile or desktop app. It has several different components, such as CRM, tasks and projects, chats, online meetings, website builder, online documents and much more, all integrated and available as part of a single platform. Bitrix24 is an online workspace designed to bring people, tools and information together in your company in a more intuitive and productive way.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With the new Bitrix24 update, it is now possible to configure access permissions to product catalog and inventory management. With these settings you can make your work environment more secure, as you will determine who can view, access and/or edit certain areas of your company in Bitrix24. It can be used for various purposes, the main ones being sales, marketing, communication, project management, customer service and online collaboration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Support option with longer response times for all users, not just business accounts. Everything is customized, so you have to hire consultants. Even with that, nothing was easy or simple.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Bitrix24 is free for unlimited users on the free plan which gives you access to all the core features of the product. You can create your free Bitrix 24 account, no credit card required here, just email; for a nice and familiar desktop experience, the Bitrix24 desktop app allows you to react quickly to comments on tasks, start online meetings directly from a Bitrix24 chat, share files and do other awesome things.

What differentiates Bitrix24 from other similar products?

What I like best is that it is the one of the only few free CRM platform with several features like Projects, Communications, Tasks, Funnel, and several others. It is free for life for all of your business users, and you can mostly have everything done with this collaboration platform. Also there are paid features which you can avail anytime by upgrading your plan.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The easy to use and intuitive user interface and one window operations is the favorite aspect of this product, as there are several other platforms out there that need different applications for different features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike is that due to the fact that it has all the many features visible to all users, to be able to use some of them, you need to purchase the monthly plans, which gets a bit confusing as to which plan is best for the features you plan to use. Users should be given options to choose to purchase subscriptions for individual features, that makes it cost-efficient and you know exactly the modules you need to pay for to use them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would strongly recommend everyone to give Bitrix24 a try, especially if you are new to CRMs. You do not need to give any credit card information and can easily import data from other CRMs using their very user friendly interface.

What differentiates Bitrix24 from other similar products?

It is used to manage customer engagements and better support. Configuring this tool is quite easy and we can integrate this software with other tools and make our work more convenient. It is a very flexible tool. So this tool should work in your user team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It facilitates the communication process allowing our departments to work more autonomously. It coordinates our projects easily and this leads to better results. It can be spliced to various platforms depending on marketing generation, such as Facebook lead ads. Customer and employee appointments can be developed completely free of charge.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pricing could be a major difficulty for many small organizations. the company could also improve on its customer service. All options are bundled. No way to get CRM or project management individually. A bit difficult to get used to as a user and administrator. The functionality of their mobile app is quite limited. Can be difficult to work with other team members, solely from your mobile app.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Bitrix24 may not be reasonable for an organization looking for a temporary and quick to use project management solution. Their program is very detailed and requires a commitment to not only learn how to use but also how to manage. This may not be good for someone looking solely for a task manager.
