What differentiates Basis Digital Advertising Platform from other similar products?
I like that I can use it as a media planning tool and establish all of my advertising budgets even outside of the Basis platform. I’m most pleased with the data I have access to for the DSP’s advertising objectives. A game-changer is the new feature that analyses Remarketing audiences and recommends comparable audiences. Customer support at Basis is exceptional. When we contacted Basis Support, they always responded quickly and offered suggestions for resolving any problems.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Is simple to use, offers the finest customer service, and is without a doubt the platform that gets involved and contributes to the improvement and optimization of each campaign. The basis is a fantastic DSP choice because it connects to almost all exchanges and has low minimums. The customer service staff responds quickly and is constantly working to make the platform better.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the features require numerous clicks to activate or pause line items, and you can’t copy and paste from the Insights platform. I haven’t even brought up these small irritations with the Customer Success staff.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Excellent customer service with a dedicated Customer Success Manager and a product team that takes customer input seriously and acts swiftly to implement improvements. Programmatic advertising and DSPs can be challenging topics to understand, so Basis sent out a training crew to give instructions for a full day. After the instruction, I discovered that the platform is incredibly simple to use and intuitive.

What differentiates Basis Digital Advertising Platform from other similar products?
The Basis Technologies interface is the most intuitive one I've seen in this market. You have quick access to all necessary metrics on a view panel, allowing you to carry out optimizations. And it provides some features that other platforms lack, such as the addition and comparison of various campaigns. The Basis Technologies contact people are always easy to find and will help you in the best way possible to improve your strategy for native advertising. I have the opportunity to perform on Top Publishers in the German market thanks to Basis Technologies. An audience can also be reached outside of social media.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like it best that Basis Technologies is completely self-service. I can manage my campaigns whenever and however I want, and I can, if I so choose, also rely on the support when I need assistance. I therefore have everything under control and can respond quickly to any changes in performance. Here, one can accomplish a lot with a small budget thanks to low clickthrough rates. Integrated use of multiple channels enables campaigns to be managed more strategically. We use Basis Technologies for our Native Advertising and completely self-manage our assets here. What do you dislike most about this product?
It is frustrating that one is not always proactive in exploring new formats or opportunities. The new formats have made it very difficult to use them in campaigns because they are sometimes still not fully developed. The processes surrounding Brand Lift could use some professionalization because they had been somewhat frustrating up until that point. I don't like how restricted Native-Anbieters' Publisher Portfolios are. I would like a tool that is not restricted to specific assets. But that is likely due to the nature of competition. Additionally, it would be nice if there were a more intelligent algorithm at work because native advertising
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This benefit is also evident when I use it; I don't have to wait for a response from a representative on the other side because I can handle everything myself. As a result, we have complete transparency and are not dependent on the other side telling us the whole truth. The navigation and usability are extremely intuitive. I had no prior operational experience with Basis Technologies, but I was able to put myself in operation without assistance or tutorials. Additionally, the data is practically real-time, which makes optimization easier. Many options are available thanks to segmentation, from retargeting to user data from third parties.
