What differentiates AWS Systems Manager from other similar products?
Aws system manager helps team to reduce the time spend on managing Ec2 instances. Systems Manager provides an easy way to install software, gather data and manage fleets of instances without having to remote into each one. Systems Manager also provides remote shell access without having to use a bastion host.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I needed a location where I could remotely access my instances with session manager, handle patch management, and otherwise manage all of the instances, AWS systems manager gave me all these in one location/platform
What do you dislike most about this product?
Aws offers us incredible cloud features that none of its rivals do. Therefore, I do not have any dislike about this product
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Systems Manager provides an easy way to install software, gather data and manage fleets of instances without having to remote into each one. It is a centralized access control which also helps in auditing control. Systems Manager also provides remote shell access without having to use a bastion host.

How stable it is in comparison with other cloud and systems manager provider. This one is also easier to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The stability, how easy is to use, and the customer service of all Amazon products is always amazing

The price is a bit high is comparison to an internal solution, but it’s worth it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you’re planning to scale your business with the best software, then you need to get it.

Reduced team's time spent on EC2 management and Patch management.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Copy files to a group of instances with a particular tag Enable CW agent and push metrics to CW Easy to install the software in a group of instances.
What do you dislike most about this product?
UI is a bit confusing initially
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's good when you have a process running in AWS that needs to copy files to a group of instances as part of the process and install software on a group of machines. Also while adding a Cloudwatch agent to the instance.
